Ingredients
- 1 medium butternut squash, halved lengthwise and seeded
- a few slabs of butter
- sprinkle with Honey/Guava Nectar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Place 1
teaspoon butter in the middle of each squash.
As you see I added a bit
more.
Sprinkle honey or nectar over each squash.
Season with salt and
black pepper.
Roast 25 minutes, until flesh is fork-tender.
Reserve 2
halves for future meal.
This was like having dessert for lunch and it was
enough for the next day to...shhhh do not tell my hubby!
